Where do you ship orders?

We can ship orders to any of the 50 states. We currently cannot ship outside of the United States.

Will you acknowledge my order?

Orders placed online will be acknowledged by email within twenty-four (24) hours (Monday through Friday) after your order has been placed.

What is my sales tax?

Michigan residents are required to add 6% sales tax to your order.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are determined by weight, and are received electronically directly from UPS and USPS.

For Alaskan and Hawaiian orders, an additional $10.00 per rate category will be charged on your credit card.

Orders over $100 receive free shipping.

The free shipping discount is automatically applied to your cart once your order goes over $100.

Free shipping does not apply to truck accessories.

When will my order be delivered?

We ship all in-stock orders on the next business day following your order. Please allow 8 to 10 days for standard UPS Ground deliveries. If you require next day air or second day air shipping, please contact us toll free at 866-929-1234 for rates.

What will you do if there is a backordered item?

All items in stock will be shipped out next business day. If there is a backorder on any item you wish to purchase, you will be notified by email of the backorder and the approximate ship date. Unless we receive an email from you directing otherwise, the backordered item will be shipped upon receipt from our supplier. If you are wondering about the status of a backorder, please contact us.

What do I do if there is damage or another problem with my order?

Please inspect the package upon delivery for damage. If the packing container appears damaged but the merchandise looks undamaged, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the merchandise is damaged, refuse delivery and then contact us.

If the item shipped to you is not the item ordered, please contact us first before returning the item. We will issue a Return Authorization number to you by email that is required for returning any merchandise. Please retain all packing material with which your order was received in the event of the need to return merchandise.
