All returned merchandise requires a Return Authorization Number before it can be accepted. A Return Authorization number can be obtained by email after you contact us (click here for contact information). We accept returns on merchandise purchased within the last 30 (thirty) days, unwashed and in clean condition, and only on merchandise purchased through this website. Merchandise with all tags and packing and the original shipping container must be used in your return. The Return Authorization number should be clearly written on the mailing label, as well as included within the shipping container. We cannot include shipping costs in your return.

You may elect to receive credit for the returned merchandise; you may elect to make an even exchange toward new merchandise; or you may elect to receive a refund on the same credit card that you used to make the purchase.
